Galleys of Momfluenced are officially out in the world and it’s very exciting! Also reels are so hard to make and I have nothing but respect for the people who make them regularly and make them well!

I finally finished The Children’s Book by A.S. Byatt. It was very dense, very historically rich, and I’m still trying to figure out how I feel about it all. Really fascinating portrayals of childhood (and the myths we cherish about childhood). Also features a complicated maternal figure who is worshipped as an archetypal mother and also might be the worst mother ever? If anyone’s read it, I wanna talk about it!
