You’d be forgiven for assuming this is a WTF about white supremacy.
But if you watch this reel and feel weird about the fact that its premise hinges on a racist understanding of blood purity, then that’s on you! Lighten up and recognize a joke when you see it! This reel isn’t about arranging marriages between “pure-blooded” white children! It’s about arranging marriages between children who haven’t had the COVID-19 vaccine! Get it?! Pure blood!? YOU KNOW, because of all the nasty, poisonous toxins that render vaccinated people’s blood UNPURE.
In this truly tasteful satirical reel, momfluencer Jamie Arrigo suggests that “pure blooded” teens (ie teenagers who’ve never received the COVID-19 vaccine) assemble in summer camps to ensure they mate and propagate only with other “pure-blooded” teenagers.
The comments are a blast and make me so hopeful for the future!
