I’m in a dinner rut.

My go-tos (when I’m in charge of dinner) are brothy cheesy beans (of some sort), turkey meatloaf with various sides, pasta in whatever capacity, salmon bowls, and lots and lots of soups.

It’s cold in New Hampshire which means I have zero interest in cold foods and INTENSE interest in hot foods covered in clouds of parmesan cheese. I’m craving literally everything on Bettina Makalintal’s Instagram and if she ever writes a cookbook I will preorder the shit out of it.

crispy egg on Instagram: “and we’re back: miso creamed greens and butter beans with bread! i’ve had a lot of really good creamed greens at restaurants recently and it’s a category of food i always love, which i attribute to going to boston market as a kid. as i mentioned in stories, i’m trying to atone for bad spending in 2023 by not buying groceries this month and i do love to gamify my life with a challenge so 🤠”

Back when Twitter was Twitter I used to crowd sources good t-shirts, cozy socks, non-chalky mineral sunscreens, and of course, recipes. But now that I’m living a largely Twitter-free life, I figured I would ask you, my beloved readers for your favorite ooey-gooey recipes.

Make my mouth water I beg you!
